We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Haull, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Most returns can be easily processed by mail or in our stores within 15 days of purchase, completely free of charge. Returns made in-store are always free. Plus, for Haull Elite members, return shipping is also complimentary. For non-members, there’s a $9.99 return shipping fee, plus applicable taxes, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that some exclusions apply, as detailed below. Returned items must be in their original, saleable condition with all original tags attached. Please be aware that shipping and delivery fees are nonrefundable. Important: We accept returns for any new or gently used cosmetic or fragrance product purchased from Haull that doesn’t meet your needs. Your satisfaction is our priority. SAME-DAY DELIVERY:
Available in select zip codes only. Most items that are available for Buy Online Pick Up In Store are also eligible for Same-Day Delivery, although this varies by zip code. Orders must be placed by noon local time. Orders placed after the cutoff time arrive the next day. Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Item availability and pricing are not guaranteed. The minimum purchase amount for Same-Day Delivery does not apply to Coach, furniture, mattresses, purchases in Haull stores, or prior purchases. FREE RETURNS EXCLUSIONS:
Gift returns or orders with different shipping & billing information or that were purchased with a Gift Card are refunded on an Easy Exchange Card, which you can use for future online or in-store purchases. Free Returns exclude Gift Cards, food, gourmet gifts, Beauty Boxes, lamps, wall art, mirrors, furniture, mattresses & area rugs. Free Returns do not apply to international orders.
